Overview

Role Description

·       Manage the design and documentation process
·       Act to prevent errors in work by checking the project architect’s design planning and programming and by reviewing and approving the coordination of the work of the project team
·      Identify and resolve problems with service by close liaison with the client
·      Provide solutions to performance issues
·      Verify the implementation of solutions by checking that recommended actions are working
·      Have overall responsibility for the project
·      Review and approve the work of the project architect
·      Manage the contract administration activities
·      Maintain client contact
·      Participate in design reviews
·      Identify deficient work and recommend corrective actions on project work​

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Good Command of English (overseas employees: IELTS 4-6 or equivalent)
  2. High to very high proficiency in Revit
  3. High proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Indesign and Photoshop
  4. Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
  5. Working knowledge of Office 365 Sharepoint
  6. Working knowledge of Office 365 Planner and Teams
